Hereinspaziert in die abgefahrenste Vampirparty der Saison, die sich mit viel Schnee und Gags den denkbar besten Tummelplatz für ihre blutdurstigen Kreaturen gesucht hat: die ewig tageslichtlose Polarnacht. Wir schwenken ins heutige Schweden: Annika Wallén (Petra Nielsen) tritt ihren Job als Ärztin in einem Kleinstadtkrankenhaus an. Während das Nachwuchspersonal die allgemeine Ödnis mit Anästhesiecocktails, Rollstuhlrennen und Anatomie-Dart zu bekämpfen versucht, hat der verdruckste Professor Gerhard Beckert (Carl-Åke Eriksson) nur Auge und Ohr für eine mysteriöse Komapatientin. Als deren Medikamente auf unglückliche Weise abhanden kommen und besagte tiefrote Pillen alsbald in der Fruchtbowle einer angesagten Teenie-Fete landen, auf der sich im Übrigen auch Walléns Tochter Saga (Grete Havnesköld) vergnügt, ist bald der Teufel los. Die jugendlichen Gäste geraten in einen wahren Blutrausch und die Party geht los.

Ukraine, 1944. A troop of soldiers trudges lost through the winter desert until they come across a snow-covered hut. The stove is still warm, but there is no trace of the inhabitants. In the night, a spirited monster rouses the men from their sleep and tears their bodies to pieces until the steel helmets burst! Come on in to the craziest vampire party of the season, which has found the best conceivable playground for its bloodthirsty creatures with lots of snow and gags: the eternally daylightless polar night. We turn to present-day Sweden: Annika Wallén (Petra Nielsen) starts her job as a doctor in a small-town hospital. While the junior staff tries to fight the general wasteland with anesthesia cocktails, wheelchair races and anatomy darts, the most repressed professor Gerhard Beckert (Carl-Åke Eriksson) only has eyes and ears for a mysterious coma patient. When their medication is unfortunate and the deep red pills soon end up in the fruit punch of a trendy teen party, at which, by the way, Wallén's daughter Saga (Grete Havnesköld) is also having fun, all hell soon breaks loose. The young guests get into a real bloodlust and the party starts.
