The Last Days of Disco

Shrill, colorful, loud and unrestrained exhibitionist were the wild years of the disco era, and its capital was New York. Here in Manhattan - at the beginning of the over-the-top 80s - the two publishing employees Alice (Chloë Sevigny) and Charlotte (Kate Beckinsale) have a hard time making ends meet. And yet no other place would be an option for her, because this is where the center of her life lies: the most exclusive disco in the city, where you have to be if you want to belong, where everything is allowed and where the party never ends.
