A big feature of 'Veer & Zaara' is the soundtrack. Yash Chopra drew on the music of the late composer Madan Mohan for his love epic. 30 years after his death, nine of his previously unreleased songs were recorded for the first time, giving the film its timeless and haunting atmosphere.
