Böseckendorf

In the autumn of 1961: The GDR regime secures the border of the workers' and peasants' state to the class enemy to the West throughout the country. To ensure this, the leadership also orders the 'use of firearms against refugees from the Republic'. In 'Böseckendorf', which is close to the border, they do not want to resign themselves to this development. When one of the residents learns by chance of a secret plan of the SED district leadership, which shows that all recalcitrant residents are to be forcibly resettled in just a few days, the people of Böseckendorf spontaneously decide to flee en masse. But can an entire village escape the GDR state power overnight unnoticed?
