Island of Beasts

Science is hailing the 'Carnivore' project as a breakthrough for the benefit of humanity. But the experiments on the remote 'Isla Damas' in the South Seas get out of control. After radio communication to the island breaks off, the military sends a reconnaissance team to the island. At the same time, environmental activists from the organization 'One Planet' make their way to the island with the help of adventurer Mike Stoddard (Michael Paré). Accompanied by a television team, they want to inform the world about the cruel animal experiments and persuade the scientists to abandon them. But something awaits them on the island that no one could have been prepared for and instead of saving the laboratory animals, everyone has to fight for their own survival.
