'Das Bündnis': Nach einem Angriff der Goa'uld suchen Tok'ra Zuflucht in einemm SG crew Alpha-Camp, in dem rebellische Jaffa leben. Der jahrhundertealte Streit zwischen den beiden Rassen droht zu eskalieren, als ein unsichtbarer Attentäter das Camp ins Chaos stürzt. Kann O'Neill das Blutvergießen beenden und verhindern, dass der Angreifer mit den Koordinaten des Aplpha-Camps entkommt?
'Heilung': SG-1 besucht den Planeten Pangar. Er wird von Menschen bewohnt, die mit Hilfe eines von ihnen entwickelten Medikaments ihr Immunsystem perfektioniert haben. Könnte SG-1 herausfinden, wie das Heilmittel hergestellt wird, wäre das vielleicht der Schlüssel, um die Ursprünge der Tok'ra zu verstehen.
'Prometheus': Abtrünnige Agenten der NSA entführen das geheime Raumschiff X-303 mit Carter und Jonas an Bord. Sie fordern, dass Adrian Conrad an Bord gebracht wird, der sein Goa'uld-Wissen dazu nutzt, sich mit dem X-303 Lichtjahre von der Erde zu entfernen. O'Neill und Teal'C unternehmen einen Rettungsversuch, ohne zu wissen, ob sie je zurückkehren können.
'Unnatürliche Auslese': SG-1 hat sich in der Weite des Alls verloren, als Thor und die Asgard zu ihrer Rettung eilen. Sie bitten nun ihrerseits O'Neill um Hilfe im Kampf gegen die Replikatoren, die ihrern Heimatplaneten überrannt haben. Überzeugt, dass sie auch die Erde angreifen werden, wenn man sie nicht aufhält, entschließt sich O'Neill zu einer gewagten Mission: Er will die Replikatoren ein für alle mal stoppen.

'Healing': SG-1 visits the planet Pangar. It is inhabited by people who have perfected their immune system with the help of a drug they developed. If SG-1 could figure out how the cure is made, it might be the key to understanding the origins of the Tok'ra.
'Prometheus': Rogue agents of the NSA hijack the secret spaceship X-303 with Carter and Jonas on board. They demand that Adrian Conrad be brought on board, who uses his Goa'uld knowledge to travel light years away from Earth with the X-303. O'Neill and Teal'C make a rescue attempt, not knowing if they will ever be able to return.
Unnatural Selection: SG-1 has lost herself in the vastness of space as Thor and the Asgard rush to her rescue. They now ask O'Neill for help in the fight against the replicators who have overrun their home planet. Convinced that they will also attack Earth if they are not stopped, O'Neill decides on a daring mission: He wants to stop the Replicators once and for all.
