For the spectacular train collision 'Terror on the Rio Grande', two real trains - in a single shot - were used, not miniatures as was common at the time. 'Men Who Die in Boots' is from the director of the hit series 'Daktar' and 'Wyatt Earp intervenes'. This 'Locomotive Box' presents a collection of selected documentaries and feature films about revolutionary steam horses, the development of the Wild West and the struggle of the major railroad companies of the USA. With the classic among the westerns 'The Great Railway Robbery' from 1903.
