Maja ist eine kleine Biene, die gerade erst geboren wurde. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Freund Willi erkundet sie die Umgebung und trifft schon bald auf den Grashüpfer Flip und die Stubenfliege Puck. Doch es lauern auch Gefahren auf die jungen Freunde. Vor allem die Spinne Thekla hat es auf die Kleinen abgesehen und versucht permanent, sie mit ihrer Fiedel in ihr Netz zu locken. Maja is a little bee who has just been born. Together with her boyfriend Willi, she explores the surroundings and soon meets the grasshopper Flip and the housefly Puck.
