Auf einer abgelegenen Insel spürt der Auftragskiller Bo (Wu Jing) den mächtigen Mafiaboss Ma (Kou Zhan-Wen) auf, bringt ihn brutal zur Strecke und nimmt dessen Kopf mit. Durch ein aufziehendes Unwetter kann Bo die Insel zunächst jedoch nicht verlassen und gerät zufällig an die schöne Polizistin Hiu (Celina Jade). Unterdessen beauftragt die aufgebrachte Witwe Ma (Noriko Aoyama) ihre Untergebenen, den Leichnam samt Kopf um jeden Preis zu finden. Noch bevor diese Bande Krimineller die Insel nach Bo durchkämmt, ahnt Hiu schon Böses. Als die kopflose Leiche von der örtlichen Polizei gefunden wird und Bo verschwunden zu sein scheint, beginnt sie, die Puzzleteile langsam zusammenzusetzen. On a remote island, the contract killer Bo (Wu Jing) tracks down the powerful mafia boss Ma (Kou Zhan-Wen), brutally hunts him down and takes his head with him. However, due to an approaching storm, Bo cannot leave the island at first and accidentally comes across the beautiful policewoman Hiu (Celina Jade). Meanwhile, the enraged widow Ma (Noriko Aoyama) instructs her subordinates to find the body and head at any price. Even before this gang of criminals combs the island for Bo, Hiu already suspects evil. When the headless body is found by the local police and Bo appears to have disappeared, she begins to slowly put the pieces of the puzzle together. Caught in the crossfire of the gangsters and colleagues of the island police, the two try to escape. A merciless hunt begins...
