House 4

Shortly before the married couple Kelly (Terri Treas) and Roger Cobb (William Katt) want to move into their new house, David is killed in a car accident and the daughter is confined to a wheelchair. But Linda Adams doesn't let it get her down and completes their shared dream of renovating and moving into the huge wooden house she inherited. But the property turns out to be a haunted house and hard times are dawning for the handicapped nuclear family. When David's criminal brother wants to take advantage of the opportunity and puts out feelers for the possession, the ghosts prove to be more helpful than expected...

With 'House 4', producer Sean S. Cunningham returns to the roots of the 'House' series, once again skillfully combining horror and comedy and making the fun horror community cheer. Terri Treas (from 'Deathstalker', among others) and Scott Burkholder ('Freddy's Nightmares') are part of the team. 'House 4' is an effective haunted house horror movie directed by Lewis Abernathy, in which the dark tones predominate and the comedy of the first two episodes can be heard from time to time.
