Inszeniert wurde das neueste Kapitel von Franchise-Veteran Michael Chaves. James Wan und Peter Safran, die Schöpfer der Reihe, produzierten den Film. 'Conjuring 4' gewährt einmal mehr einen packenden Einblick in das auf wahren Begebenheiten basierende Conjuring-Filmuniversum. Farmiga und Wilson schlüpfen für einen letzten Fall in die Rollen der legendären paranormalen Ermittler Ed und Lorraine Warren - beste Voraussetzungen für einen weiteren packenden Höhepunkt der weltweit gefeierten Filmreihe!. An ihrer Seite sind Mia Tomlinson und Ben Hardy zu sehen, die Ed und Lorraines Tochter Judy Warren und deren Freund Tony Spera verkörpern. Ebenfalls mit dabei sind Steve Coulter, der erneut die Rolle des Pater Gordon übernahm, sowie Rebecca Calder, Elliot Cowan, Kíla Lord Cassidy, Beau Gadsdon, John Brotherton und Shannon Kook. Chaves führte Regie nach einem Drehbuch von Ian Goldberg, Richard Naing und David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. Das Skript basiert auf einer Geschichte von David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick und James Wan, die sich wiederum auf Figuren bezieht, die Chad Hayes und Carey W. Hayes entwickelt haben. 'New Line Cinema' presents 'Conjuring 4 - The Last Chapter', the ninth part of the successful Conjuring series, which has achieved more than 2 billion US dollars at the box office worldwide. The latest chapter was directed by franchise veteran Michael Chaves. James Wan and Peter Safran, the creators of the series, produced the film. 'Conjuring 4' once again provides a gripping insight into the Conjuring film universe based on true events. Farmiga and Wilson slip into the roles of legendary paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren for one last case - the best conditions for another gripping highlight of the globally acclaimed film series!. At her side are Mia Tomlinson and Ben Hardy, who embody Ed and Lorraine's daughter Judy Warren and her boyfriend Tony Spera.
