Mit Billy Eichner, dem ersten offen schwulen Mann, der Co-Autor und Hauptdarsteller in seinem eigenen großen Studiofilm war, und mit einer komplett 'LGBTQ+' Hauptdarsteller-Riege, darunter Luke Macfarlane ('Killjoys'), Ts Madison ('The Ts Madison Experience'), Monica Raymund ('Chicago Fire'), Guillermo Díaz ('Scandal'), Guy Branum ('The Other Two') und Amanda Bearse ('Eine schrecklich nette Familie'). 'Bros' wurde von Nicholas Stoller nach seinem Drehbuch mit Eichner inszeniert.
