Für diese Fortsetzung seines explosiven Kinoabenteuers aus dem Jahr 2021 kehrte Regisseur McQuoid auf den Regiestuhl zurück. Das Drehbuch stammt von Jeremy Slater und basiert auf dem Videospiel von Ed Boon und John Tobias. Produziert wurde 'Mortal Kombat 2' von Todd Garner, James Wan, Toby Emmerich, E. The screenplay was written by Jeremy Slater and is based on the video game by Ed Boon and John Tobias. 'Mortal Kombat 2' was produced by Todd Garner, James Wan, Toby Emmerich, E.
