Im Mittelpunkt von 'Schulmädchen' stehen die Erlebnisse einer Mädchenclique an einem Münchener Gymnasium. Stella Morgenroth (Simone Hanselmann), Laura Heller (Birthe Wolter), Liliane Frank (Marie Rönnebeck) und Cara de Boni (Laura Osswald) sind sexy, selbstbewusst und schlagfertig. Statt Zickenterror setzen die vier Mädels auf Charme und Humor, um ihre täglichen Probleme rund um Schule, Jungs und Erwachsenwerden zu meistern.

01. Pilot: Die 16-jährige Laura zieht mit ihrem Vater und ihrem jüngeren Bruder vom ländlichen Passau ins urbane München. Am Franz-Joseph-Strauß-Gymnasium wird sie alles andere als freundlich empfangen. Die versnobten Schüler aus der Großstadt blicken arrogant auf das Landei herab. Vor allem die Glamour-Girls Stella, Cara und Lilli lassen Laura spüren, dass sie in Sachen Style und Coolness nicht mithalten kann.
02. Größer ist besser: Stella ist wegen ihres kleinen Busens total verunsichert. Das nutzt ihre ärgste Rivalin Ramona schamlos aus. Sie ergattert die Hauptrolle in der Schulaufführung von 'Romeo und Julia', während Stella den Romeo spielen soll. Da hilft nur ein Schönheitschirurg.
03. Duft der Frauen: Lilli sorgt als Unterwäschemodel für Furore an der Schule. Auch der neue Sportlehrer der vier Mädchen ist begeistert. Doch die Enttäuschung der Clique ist groß, als sich der Beau in der nächsten Sportstunde als widerlicher Grabscher entpuppt.
04. Drei sind einer zu viel: Cara ist sehr glücklich mit Florian (Florian David Fitz), dem Kapitän der Ringermannschaft. Doch was sie noch gerne probieren würde, ist ein flotter Dreier. Florians Freude legt sich allerdings rasch, denn Cara plant eine Menage à Trois mit ihm und seinem Freund Bernd (Philip Hagmann). Wenig später packt auch Cara das Entsetzen, als sie mit Florian und Bernd im Bett liegt und die beiden plötzlich wild miteinander herumknutschen. Florian entdeckt seine Homosexualität und fordert Caras Stolz heraus.
05. Ruf mich an: Laura ist mal wieder knapp bei Kasse. Da bietet ihr ein Typ aus dem Rotlichtmilieu an, Geld mit Telefonsex zu verdienen. Laura lässt sie sich auf den Job ein. Zu einem Kunden, der sich Roger nennt, fühlt sich Laura hingezogen und verabredet ein Date. Als sie sich mit ihm trifft, stellt sie mit Erschrecken fest, dass es sich um ihren Deutschlehrer handelt.
06. Qual der Wahl: Die Wahl zum Schulsprecher steht an. Der aussichtsreiche Kandidat aus den Reihen der Schüler plant die Einführung von Schuluniformen. Vor allem Stella, in Sachen Style- und Society-Bewusstsein unschlagbar, ist entsetzt. Kurzerhand beschließt sie, sich als Gegenkandidatin aufzustellen, um den Klamotten-Gau zu verhindern.
07. Der Käfermann: Lilli hat sich in einen jungen Anwalt verliebt. Moritz Wagner (Tim Seyfi) ist nicht nur beruflich erfolgreich, sondern auch im Bett eine Wucht. Es gibt nur einen Haken: Moritz hat bizarre sexuelle Phantasien. Zum Vorspiel soll Lilli lebende Käfer mit ihren Pumps zertrampeln.

Instead of terror, the four girls rely on charm and humor to master their daily problems around school, boys and growing up.
The complete 1st season with these first 7 episodes:
01. Pilot: 16-year-old Laura moves with her father and younger brother from rural Passau to urban Munich. At the Franz-Joseph-Strauss-Gymnasium, she is received anything but friendly. The snobbish students from the big city look down arrogantly on the country bumpkin. Especially the glamour girls Stella, Cara and Lilli make Laura feel that she can't keep up in terms of style and coolness.
02. Bigger is better: Stella is totally insecure because of her small breasts. Her fiercest rival Ramona shamelessly exploits this. She gets the leading role in the school performance of 'Romeo and Juliet', while Stella is supposed to play Romeo. Only a cosmetic surgeon can help.
03. Women's scent: Lilli causes a sensation at school as an underwear model. The new sports teacher of the four girls is also enthusiastic. But the disappointment of the clique is great when the beau turns out to be a disgusting grabber in the next sports lesson.
04. Three are one too many: Cara is very happy with Florian (Florian David Fitz), the captain of the wrestling team. But what she would still like to try is a threesome. Florian's joy, however, quickly subsides, because Cara plans a ménage à trois with him and his friend Bernd (Philip Hagmann). A little later, Cara is also gripped by horror when she lies in bed with Florian and Bernd and the two suddenly make out wildly with each other. Florian discovers his homosexuality and challenges Cara's pride.
05. Call me: Laura is once again short of cash. Then a guy from the red-light district offers her to earn money with phone sex. Laura gets involved in the job. Laura is attracted to a customer who calls herself Roger and arranges a date. When she meets him, she is shocked to find that it is her German teacher.
06. Spoilt for choice: The election for the school representative is pending. The promising candidate from the ranks of the students is planning to introduce school uniforms. Stella in particular, unbeatable in terms of style and society awareness, is horrified. Without further ado, she decides to stand as an opposing candidate in order to prevent the clothing disaster.
07. The Beetle Man: Lilli has fallen in love with a young lawyer. Moritz Wagner (Tim Seyfi) is not only professionally successful, but also a force to be reckoned with in bed. There is only one catch: Moritz has bizarre sexual fantasies. For foreplay, Lilli is supposed to trample live beetles with her pumps.
