'Wind über dem Fluss' (2001): Anlässlich des Geburtstages ihrer Mutter Anne (Nadja Tiller) kehrt Jenny Fairburn (Floriane Daniel) für einige Tage aus London wieder in ihre alte Heimat zurück. Doch aus dem Fest wird nichts. Annes Firma steht vor der Pleite. Die Lage ist aussichtslos, bis Jennys Jugendliebe Michael Fenton (Joachim Kretzer) auftaucht und seine finanzielle Unterstützung anbietet. Voller Trauer muss Michaels Bruder Patrick (Matthias Schloo) mit ansehen, wie Michael und Jenny sich wieder näher kommen. Denn seit Jugendzeiten ist Patrick hoffnungslos in Jenny verliebt. Doch dann kehrt auch noch John Hanks (Alexander Kerst), der Bruder von Jennys verstorbenem Vater, nach Hause zurück, der mittlerweile sehr vermögend ist, bietet nun ebenfalls seine Hilfe an, die Firma von Anne zu retten. Anne geht auf das verlockende Angebot ein, doch sie ahnt nicht, dass John ein dunkles Geheimnis hat.
'Rückkehr ins Paradies' (1998): Tom (Manou Lubowski) und Elaine (Tina Ruland), ein junges Pärchen, sind auf dem Weg nach Schottland. Der 75. Geburtstag von Toms Tante Mabel ist ein willkommener Anlass für die beiden engagierten Architekten, sich endlich ein paar Tage Erholung zu gönnen. Denn die letzten Monate waren Stress pur. Der erste große Wettbewerbsentwurf für einen Museumsbau raubte Zeit und Nerven. Tom freut sich darauf, Elaine seiner Tante vorzustellen, und er freut sich unbändig auf die Ruhe und Gelassenheit des Landlebens. Doch mit der Harmonie ist es schnell vorbei. Während der Anreise rutscht Tom raus, dass der Bürgermeister während ihrer Abwesenheit einen Empfang geben wird. Elaine, immer den beruflichen Erfolg vor Augen, entschließt sich spontan, nach London zurückzufahren. Tom trifft also alleine bei Tante Mabel ein und steht dort unvermittelt Kitty (Ursula Buschhorn), seiner besten Freundin aus Kindertagen, und ihrem Sohn Crispin (Raphael Ghobadloo) gegenüber.

'Wind over the River' (2001): On the occasion of her mother Anne's (Nadja Tiller) birthday, Jenny Fairburn (Floriane Daniel) returns from London to her old home for a few days. But nothing comes of the festival. Anne's company is on the verge of bankruptcy. The situation is hopeless until Jenny's childhood sweetheart Michael Fenton (Joachim Kretzer) shows up and offers his financial support. Full of sadness, Michael's brother Patrick (Matthias Schloo) has to watch as Michael and Jenny get closer again. Because since his youth, Patrick has been hopelessly in love with Jenny. But then John Hanks (Alexander Kerst), the brother of Jenny's deceased father, returns home, who is now very wealthy, and now also offers his help to save Anne's company. Anne accepts the tempting offer, but she has no idea that John has a dark secret.
'Return to Paradise' (1998): Tom (Manou Lubowski) and Elaine (Tina Ruland), a young couple, are on their way to Scotland. The 75th birthday of Tom's Aunt Mabel is a welcome occasion for the two committed architects to finally treat themselves to a few days of relaxation. Because the last few months have been pure stress. The first major competition design for a museum building took time and nerves. Tom is looking forward to introducing Elaine to his aunt, and he is irrepressibly looking forward to the peace and serenity of country life. But the harmony is quickly over. During the journey, Tom slips out that the mayor will give a reception during her absence. Elaine, always looking for professional success, spontaneously decides to return to London. So Tom arrives alone at Aunt Mabel's house and is suddenly confronted by Kitty (Ursula Buschhorn), his best friend from childhood days, and her son Crispin (Raphael Ghobadloo).
