Der talentierte, aber etwas naive junge Snowboarder Gaspard (Nicolas Duvauchelle) ist Angestellter in einem Sowboard-Laden auf der Alpe d'Huez. Dort träumt er von einer Karriere wie derjenigen seines großen Vorbilds, des charismatischen Josh Atterson (Grégoire Colin). Während einer Show wird dieser auf Gaspard aufmerksam und schlägt ihm vor, seiner Gruppe von jungen Nachwuchstalenten beizutreten. Fest überzeugt, dass jetzt alles so wird, wie er es sich erträumt hat, schmeißt Gaspard seinen Job hin und geht zu Josh nach Gstaad, um mit dem Training zu beginnen. Doch alles kommt anders als Gaspard dachte. Denn Josh benutzt ihn nur, um sich an den Veranstaltern des Wettbewerbs zu rächen. Zu allem Unglück verliebt sich Gaspard auch noch in Joshs Freundin Ethel (Juliette Goudot)...

The talented but somewhat naïve young snowboarder Gaspard (Nicolas Duvauchelle) is an employee in a sowboard shop on the Alpe d'Huez. There he dreams of a career like that of his great role model, the charismatic Josh Atterson (Grégoire Colin). During a show, Gaspard becomes aware of him and suggests that he join his group of young talents. Firmly convinced that everything will now be as he dreamed it would be, Gaspard quits his job and goes to Josh in Gstaad to start training. But everything turns out differently than Gaspard thought. Because Josh only uses him to take revenge on the organizers of the competition. To make matters worse, Gaspard also falls in love with Josh's girlfriend Ethel (Juliette Goudot)...
