Trotzdem kennt die Produktivität seines Teams keine Grenzen. Egal ob im Konferenzraum, in der Kantine, auf den Damen- und Herren-Toiletten und natürlich in der Besenkammer. Die Crew ist Weltmeister darin, rege Emsigkeit und tadellosen Arbeitseifer vorzutäuschen. Wie in jedem Büro dominieren auch hier Themen wie das letzte Betriebsfest, die bevorstehende Steuerprüfung, ein Techtelmechtel unter Kollegen oder der Geburtstag des Chefs das Tagesgeschäft.

Watching others work can be so beautiful: The sketch comedy with sitcom character 'Das Büro' (2003) shows the abysses of everyday life in the German office. An unsuspecting, ignorant boss and his employees have to get along with each other every day anew with their special peculiarities as office staff. Colleagues without a clue, meetings without sense, unrestrained gossip non-stop. Six dedicated employees are in dire straits with their boss BeArnulf Behrensen (Ingolf Lück). He is an expert at circumventing salary discussions, keeping his employees on a short leash, and ignoring their needs in a sophisticated way. Nevertheless, his team's productivity knows no bounds. Whether in the conference room, in the canteen, in the women's and men's toilets and, of course, in the broom closet. The crew is world champion in feigning lively industriousness and impeccable eagerness to work. As in any office, topics such as the last company party, the upcoming tax audit, a flirtation among colleagues or the birthday of the boss dominate the day-to-day business.
