Prevented writers, wannabe directors, pompous chatterers, they form the dynamic-creative team of the advertising agency 'OKAY'. The million-dollar contract from a major US corporation is supposed to catapult them into the front row of Germany's agencies. But already in the beginning everything collapses like a house of cards, hundreds of thousands of DM are squandered, for nothing. Stress and pressure to perform decimate the workforce through heart attacks and suicides. By means of a succession procedure, more and more incompetent people get into higher and higher positions, until finally the temporary assistant of the temporary assistant stands in front of the executive chair. But will he be up to the task?
