Sie sind überglücklich, doch der Schein trügt. Als die Dunkelheit hereinbricht, vermutet Sarah, dass sie nicht allein sind. Sarah (Pollyanna McIntosh) and Ed Chapman (Lee Williams) spend the first night in their new home, a remote farmhouse on the Scottish border, far away from their stressful London city life. They are overjoyed, but appearances are deceptive. As darkness falls, Sarah suspects that they are not alone. Ed gets to the bottom of the matter and the evening turns into a nightmare, because they are not wanted here...

Kaum ist ein junges Paar in ihre neuerworbene Bruchbude eingezogen, werden sie in der Nacht von einer Horde Schweinsköpfen überfallen. Von nun an beginnt ein Kampf ums nackte Überleben. Leider wird einem nicht schlüssig wer die nächtlichen Störenfriede sind, noch was sie zu dieser Tat bewegt. Somit bleibt das Ende recht unbefiedigend. Was an dem Steifen uncut ist, bleibt auch ein Rätzel. Eine annehmbare Leistung von Pollyanna McIntosh, der Schrottlady aus Walking Dead und eine gewisse Grundspannung, bringen Blood Lands dann doch noch gute 3 Sterne ein.

Für Anfänger ok. Wer The Madness kennt,der weis was ich meine. Der ist ein bisschen besser. Aber auch nicht so der Knaller.
