Ina, Peter und die Rasselbande

Ina (Regine Koscheck), Peter (Hans-Peter Hack) and the gang of rascals live in a children's home in Berlin. Noise is inevitable and they don't have it easy with the neighbors. They also concoct all kinds of stupidities. This bothers the Krusenbooms and there are often arguments. The girls of the children's home want to organize a flower festival, but the boys want to organize a nasty Struwwelpeter festival. A competition ensues and Mr. Krusenboom (Wulf Rittscher), who likes to blow the trumpet and bang on the timpani, becomes a good friend of the children. Ina and Peter are supposed to be adopted, but they don't like it at all. And they do a lot of crazy things so as not to get new parents, because they would rather want the Krusenbooms than parents.
