C.J. (Gavin Lewis) prefers to hang out in front of the flicker box and play video games instead of taking care of a job, as his dad, who is by no means in the mood for jokes, has urgently advised him. However, the good-for-nothing demonstrates perseverance and commitment when it comes to organizing the hottest 'block party' in the district in the old tradition. Many want to put a spanner in the works, including the cunning sister-in-law-to-be and a thieving detective, but C.J. is not at a loss for a ruse either.
