Aber Matt kann dem Plan seines Großvaters nicht widerstehen und die beiden machen sich gemeinsam auf den Weg, dem Mann, der Purnell einst hinter Gitter brachte, eine Falle zu stellen. Doch die Jagd nach Kurtz und dem alten Wagen ist nicht nur ein Rennen gegen die Uhr, sondern auch gegen die Polizei und eine kleine Privatarmee.
