Von der Liebe enttäuscht fahren John (John Eaves) und Vikki (Alke Reiter) im Zug durch die Alpen. Beide lesen dass gleiche Buch und hängen in Tagträumen noch immer dem/der Ex-Freund/in nach und der Tatsache, wie schön doch alles war. Allerdings wissen die beiden nichts voneinander, da sie in getrennten Abteilen sitzen. Beide flirten mit neuen Partner, doch die entpuppen sich im Falle von Vikki als Weiberheld oder als sehr unpünktlich und dank der vielen Schnäpse die man in der Kälte zwecks aufwärmen konsumiert für John als Reinfall und skitechnisch eine Nummer zu groß. Dank unfreiwilliger Verehrerinen landet John bei während der Zugfahrt zum nächsten Zielort in Vikkis Abteil. Die beiden kommen sich näher, jedoch gibt Vikkis Weiberheld nicht so schnell auf. Als sich herausstellt, dass es sich bei diesem Liebling der Frauen um Johns Sohn Reto (Reto Lamm) handelt, entbrennt ein Wettkampf zwichen den beiden um die Liebe von Vikki. Ausgetragen wird das ganze mit Hilfe von Skiern, Snowboard, Mountainbike und sonstigen Extremsportarten.

Disappointed by love, John (John Eaves) and Vikki (Alke Reiter) travel by train through the Alps. Both read the same book and are still daydreaming about their ex-boyfriend and the fact that everything was beautiful. However, the two know nothing about each other, as they sit in separate compartments. Both flirt with new partners, but in Vikki's case they turn out to be a womanizer or very unpunctual and, thanks to the many schnapps they consume in the cold to warm up, they are a flop for John and a size too big in terms of skiing. Thanks to involuntary admirers, John ends up in Vikki's compartment during the train ride to the next destination. The two get closer, but Vikki's womanizer does not give up so easily. When it turns out that this favorite of the women is John's son Reto (Reto Lamm), a competition breaks out between the two for the love of Vikki. The whole thing is played with the help of skis, snowboards, mountain bikes and other extreme sports.
