'A Moose Named Charlie' aka 'Salt Water Moose' (1996), this holiday adventure with ex-Bond Timothy Dalton as Lester Parnell alongside Lolita Davidovichv, Eva Scofield, Johnny Morina as Bobby Scofield, Katharine Isabellev Josephine 'Jo' Parnell, Corinne Conley as grandmother and Maurice Godin as Richard, also known by the German TV title 'A Moose in Distress', offers wonderful entertainment for the whole family. The Los Angeles Times praised the production, which is well worth seeing, as a heartwarming, family-friendly story that appeals to both young viewers and adults. Director Stuart Margolin won the DGA Award for it, after he had already been nominated for a series episode in 'Alaska' in 1992.
