Die drei ungleichen Freunde Scotty (Grant Rosenmeyer), Matt (Hayden Szeto) und Mo (Ravi Patel) wollen endlich ihre Unschuld verlieren. Irgendwo zwischen 'Ziemlich beste Freunde' und 'Hangover' gelingt es Regisseur Richard Wong, einen bewegenden Film mit viel Humor auf die (Heimkino-)Leinwand zu zaubern, den man so schnell nicht vergisst. 'Come As You Are - Road Trip to Life' (2019) is based on a true story and has won numerous audience awards at film festivals. Somewhere between 'Pretty Best Friends' and 'The Hangover', director Richard Wong manages to conjure up a moving film with a lot of humor on the (home cinema) screen that you won't forget in a hurry.
