Skating is their life: Brian Kelly (Christian Slater) and his friends are rebels on skateboards and have nothing else on their minds. Brian's Vietnamese adoptive brother Vinh (Art Chudabala) discovers one day that his boss Colonel Trac (Le Tuan), together with the unscrupulous businessman Ed Lawndale (Richard Herd), is shipping weapons to Vietnam under the guise of drug deliveries. Shortly afterwards, Vinh is dead - allegedly by suicide. Brian doesn't believe it and investigates the case. When he corners Lawndale, he takes Trac's daughter hostage. Brian and his friends have to show what they're capable of...
