Für den Polizisten José Fernandez (Ary Abittan) gibt es eine gute und eine schlechte Nachricht: Er wird endlich befördert zu einer Spezialeinheit und darf sich vom unerfreulichen Alltag des Grenzpolizisten verabschieden. Die schlechte Nachricht: Ein letztes Mal muss er noch nach Kabul, um den straffälligen Karzaoui (Medi Sadoun) in sein Heimatland abzuschieben. Jetzt heißt es, den Flüchtling unkompliziert loszuwerden, sonst wird es schwierig mit der Beförderung. Doch es gibt ein Problem: Im Fall Karzaoui ist der Justiz eine Panne unterlaufen und der ist entsprechend verstimmt. José hat sich seinen letzten Flüchtling deutlich resignierter vorgestellt. Doch weit gefehlt! Als das Flugzeug auf einer Ferieninsel notlanden muss, nutzt der renitente Karzaoui die Gunst der Stunde und macht sich mit falscher Identität und einem Heizkörper bewaffnet aus dem Staub. José und sein trinkfester Kollege Guy Berthier (Cyril Lecomte) jagen ihrem Ordnungsauftrag hinterher und müssen bald selbst erleben, wie schnell es mit der schützenden Identität vorbei sein kann...

For police officer José Fernandez (Ary Abittan) there is good and bad news: He is finally promoted to a special unit and is allowed to say goodbye to the unpleasant everyday life of the border policeman. The bad news: He has to go to Kabul one last time to deport the delinquent Karzaoui (Medi Sadoun) to his home country. Now it is a matter of getting rid of the refugee in an uncomplicated way, otherwise it will be difficult with the promotion. But there is a problem: In the Karzaoui case, the judiciary has made a mistake and it is correspondingly upset. José had imagined his last refugee to be much more resigned. But far from it! When the plane has to make an emergency landing on a holiday island, the recalcitrant Karzaoui seizes the opportunity and makes off armed with a false identity and a radiator. José and his hard-drinking colleague Guy Berthier (Cyril Lecomte) chase after their order and soon have to experience for themselves how quickly the protective identity can be over...

Philippe de Chauveron once again succeeds in creating a heartfelt and provocative comedy spectacle from France. Abittan and Sadoun start with great enthusiasm, as wonderfully confused contemporaries on their involuntary journey together through social minefields, from which friendship sometimes develops.
