Dona Mingas, 50, lebt in Kova da Moura, einem Einwandererviertel in Lissabon. Mit 19 hat sie die Kapverden verlassen. Sie ist zufrieden, aber insgeheim will sie eines Tages zurück. Anders Tazy, der junge Grafitti-Sprayer ist hier geboren. Er will nicht zurück, obwohl er als 'Black' nicht akzeptiert ist. Julius hat gerade Abitur in München gemacht.
