Im Mittelpunkt von 'Tango-Fieber' steht die Filmemacherin Sally (Sally Potter). Sein Teil des Handels ist erfüllt, als sie gemeinsam in einer Show auftreten. At the center of 'Tango Fever' is the filmmaker Sally (Sally Potter). While she is writing a script for Hollywood that she likes less and less, she discovers tango. She takes lessons from Pablo (Pablo Verón), an Argentine tango dancer. Over the course of the dance lessons, they fall in love and make a deal: if he makes a tango dancer out of her, she will make a movie star out of him. His part of the deal is fulfilled when they appear together in a show. But her attempt to shoot a film with Pablo in Buenos Aires reveals the complex structure of their relationship and the story: How can you let yourself be guided when your instinct wants you to lead?
