'The Jolly Monkey - Motel des Grauens' (2025) ist die Asylum-B-Movie-Variante zur erfolgreichen Stephen-King-Kinoverfilmung 'The Monkey', besetzt mit Dominic Keating aus den TV-Serien 'Star Trek - Enterprise' und 'Prison Break' als Steve Blythe sowie Patrick Labyorteaux aus 'J.A.G.' und 'Navy CIS' als Walter Roberts, neben Courtney Fulk als Jenny Blythe, Lisa Cole als Linda Williams, Anthony Jensen als Joe Williams, Landon Jacob Lee als Greg Williams, Aria Surrec als Charlie Ritchie und Zack Gold als Jim Ritchie. Eine Mischung aus dem Hitchcock-Klassiker 'Psycho' und dem John Cusack-Kultfilm 'Identität', hier unter der Regie von Ryan Ebert.

In the eighties, some families with their children disappeared without a trace near the 'Jolly Monkey' motel. 40 years later, after the death of their parents, who ran the motel at the time, the two daughters Debra (Jane Hajduk) and Jenny Blythe (Courtney Fulk) return to the motel with their own families and are attacked by a mysterious and brutal killer in a monkey costume...

'The Jolly Monkey' (2025) is the Asylum B-movie version of the successful Stephen King movie adaptation 'The Monkey', starring Dominic Keating from the TV series 'Star Trek - Enterprise' and 'Prison Break' as Steve Blythe as well as Patrick Labyorteaux from 'J.A.G.' and 'Navy CIS' as Walter Roberts, alongside Courtney Fulk as Jenny Blythe, Lisa Cole as Linda Williams, Anthony Jensen as Joe Williams, Landon Jacob Lee as Greg Williams, Aria Surrec as Charlie Ritchie and Zack Gold as Jim Ritchie. A mixture of the Hitchcock classic 'Psycho' and the John Cusack cult film 'Identity', here directed by Ryan Ebert.
