Im Wohnheim entwickelt Beth nun qualvolle Alpträume und Visionen von einer schrecklichen Gefahr, aber ihre Kommilitoninnen schlagen ihre Warnung vor einem irren Mörder, der der Psychiatrie entsprungen ist, in den Wind. Bobby (John C. Russell) hatte eine Ahnung, dass seine Schwester wieder in ihrem Elternhaus wohnt - also stalked er sie, muss er doch seine mörderische Aufgabe, die er damals nicht erledigen konnte, endlich zu Ende führen. A girl survives the family murder by her brother because she hides in the basement of the house. He escapes, she grows up with foster parents. Years later, she joins a sorority at college, not knowing that their house is her former home. Her brother tracks her down there and tries to complete the family murder: When Beth (Angela O'Neill) enters her new student dormitory for the first time, she feels something sinister. She has the vague feeling that she has been here before. Due to a loss of memory, she no longer knows that it is the house of her childhood, where her brother Bobby wiped out the entire family and she herself only escaped the massacre because she hid in the basement. Bobby is sent to an asylum, she to a new family, where she grows up carefree. In the dormitory, Beth now develops agonizing nightmares and visions of a terrible danger, but her fellow students ignore their warning about a mad murderer who has sprung from a psychiatric ward. Bobby (John C. Russell) had a hunch that his sister was living in her parents' house again - so he stalked her, as he finally has to finish his murderous task, which he couldn't do at the time. The nightmare becomes reality, is there an escape for her?
