'In A Silent Way', 'Bitches Brew'), Latin-Funk-Exkursionen wie 'On the Corner' oder dem Pop-Jazz der achtziger Jahre wurden sämtliche Stil-Phasen berücksichtigt, dazu kommen aufschlußreiche Interviews mit Weggefährten wie Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter und Clark Terr.
