Zeigt einen Querschnitt der Tauchgebiete von Similan Islands mit dem berühmten Richelieu Rock. Bei den Burma Banks werden u. a. Western Rocky, High Rock, Black Rock und Dubble Rock betaucht. Ein Tauchgang am Wrack der King Cruiser, eine Paddeltour im Nationalpark der Pang Nga Bay und ein abenteuerlicher Ausflug in den Khao Sok Nationalpark mit üppiger Fauna und Flora, ein Tagesausflug auf die Similan Islands und ein Besuch der Grenzstadt Khawtong in Burma runden das Programm ab.

Like a giant aquamarine, the Andaman Sea spreads out off the approximately 900-kilometer-long west coast of Thailand and the south coast of Myanmar. Uninhabited, jungle-covered islands in the middle of azure blue waters, beautiful national parks, dreamlike lonely sandy beaches and fantastic diving areas can be discovered here. The DVD not only shows the well-known diving sites of the region - the additional travel guide with user-friendly menu rounds off the information package for holiday planning with practical tips. The film leads from Khao Lak, one of the tourist centers on Phuket, to the best underwater areas of the Andaman Sea. Shows a cross-section of the diving areas of the Similan Islands with the famous Richelieu Rock. At the Burma Banks, Western Rocky, High Rock, Black Rock and Dubble Rock are dived, among others. A dive at the wreck of the King Cruiser, a paddling tour in the Pang Nga Bay National Park and an adventurous excursion to the Khao Sok National Park with lush fauna and flora, a day trip to the Similan Islands and a visit to the border town of Khawtong in Burma round off the program.
