'Peter geht auf Knochenjagd': Peter ist auf dem Weg zum Krankenhaus. Seine Tante Elli hat sich das Bein gebrochen und jetzt liegt sie mit einem dicken Gips im Bett. In der Straßenbahn tauscht Peter durch einen Zufall die Konfektschachtel für Elli mit einem fremden Karton. Erst im Krankenhaus entdeckt Peter den grausigen Inhalt dieser Schachtel und nach dem ersten Schrecken beginnt eine Geschichte um Gebeine, Knochen und Gerippe.
'Peter geht in den Untergrund': Zum Glück ist gerade Peter in der Nähe, als Frau Susemihls Brillenetui in den Gulli plumpst. Peter, mit einem 'Sicherheitsrückholfaden' ausgestattet, klettert auch sofort ins feuchte Dunkel hinterher. Fasziniert von dem unterirdischen Labyrinth macht er Bekanntschaft mit dem regen Leben im Untergrund.
'Peter wird Künstler': Peter Lustig wird als Maltalent entdeckt. Frau Guggelheimer ist sich sicher, Peters naiver Malstil ist schlichtweg genial. Peter stutzt, wieso naiv? Und was ist eigentlich Malstil? Er ist ganz überrascht, als er mehr über die verschiedenen Kunstrichtungen und Techniken erfährt. Malerei ist doch ein bisschen mehr als das Spiel mit Farben.

'Peter goes on a bone hunt': Peter is on his way to the hospital. His aunt Elli broke her leg and now she is in bed with a thick cast. On the tram, Peter accidentally swaps the confectionery box for Elli for someone else's box. Only in the hospital does Peter discover the gruesome contents of this box and after the first fright, a story about bones, bones and skeletons begins.
'Peter goes underground': Fortunately, Peter is nearby when Mrs. Susemihl's glasses case plops into the drain. Peter, equipped with a 'safety retrieval thread', immediately climbs into the damp darkness after him. Fascinated by the underground labyrinth, he makes the acquaintance of the lively life underground.
'Peter becomes an artist': Peter Lustig is discovered as a talent for painting. Mrs. Guggelheimer is sure that Peter's naïve painting style is simply brilliant. Peter is taken aback, why naïve? And what is painting style? He is quite surprised when he learns more about the different art movements and techniques. Painting is a little more than playing with colors.
