'Live at Wembley Stadium' ist so etwas wie ein Gütesiegel, das nur die ganz Großen erreichen. Zu denen zählen natürlich auch 'Genesis'. Dieser Konzertmitschnitt entstammt der furiosen 1987er Tournee zum 'Invisible Touch' Album, eines der erfolgreichsten der Band. So sind hier auch die Hits dieses Werkes mit 'Land of Confusion', 'Tonight, Tonight, Tonight' und 'Invisible Touch' ebenso wie frühere Meilensteine à la 'Mama', 'Abacab' und 'That's All' zu finden. Die Show lebt vor allem von Entertainer Phil Collins' Einsatz und das nicht nur am Mikro. Das richtige Stadion-Feeling unterstützt der '5.1 Surround Sound', der hier wahlweise in 'DTS' oder 'Dolby Digital' angewählt werden kann. Für die Standard-Heimkino-Ausstattung gibt es aber auch einen amtlichen Dolby-Digital-Stereo-Sound. Im Gegensatz zur ursprünglichen Video-Fassung, die unter dem Namen 'Invisible Touch Live' erhältlich war, finden sich hier noch reizvolle Extras wie die viertelstündige Tourdokumentation.

'Live at Wembley Stadium' is something of a seal of approval that only the greats achieve. Of course, 'Genesis' is one of them. This concert recording comes from the furious 1987 tour in support of the 'Invisible Touch' album, one of the band's most successful. The hits of this work with 'Land of Confusion', 'Tonight, Tonight, Tonight' and 'Invisible Touch' can be found here as well as earlier milestones à la 'Mama', 'Abacab' and 'That's All'. The show lives above all from entertainer Phil Collins' commitment and not only on the microphone. The right stadium feeling is supported by the '5.1 Surround Sound', which can be selected either in 'DTS' or 'Dolby Digital'. For the standard home cinema equipment, however, there is also an official Dolby Digital stereo sound. In contrast to the original video version, which was available under the name 'Invisible Touch Live', there are still delightful extras such as the quarter-hour tour documentary.
