Dieser Live-Mitschnitt wurde am 16. Oktober in der Glasgower Braehead-Arena in Schottland aufgenommen. An zwei Abenden präsentierte Paul Weller dort sein letzte Album 'Illumination', spielte jedoch auch etliche seiner alten Klassiker aus seiner Zeit mit 'The Jam' und 'The Style Council', sowie Material von seinen früheren Solo-Werken. In der erstmalig für ein Konzert genutzten Braehead-Arena elektrisierte Paul Weller die Fans unter anderm mit Jam-Klassikern wie in 'The Crowd', 'Pretty Green' und 'Town Called Malice', sowie mit 'Style Council' Material à la 'Down in the Seine' und 'Man of Great Promise' und jeder Menge Songs von sämtlichen Soloalben in enem über zweistündigen Gig, der einmal mehr die Qualitäten dieses Ausnahmemusikers belegte.

This live recording was recorded on October 16 at Glasgow's Braehead Arena in Scotland. On two evenings, Paul Weller presented his last album 'Illumination', but also played several of his old classics from his time with 'The Jam' and 'The Style Council', as well as material from his earlier solo works. In the Braehead Arena, which was used for a concert for the first time, Paul Weller electrified the fans with jam classics such as in 'The Crowd', 'Pretty Green' and 'Town Called Malice', as well as with 'Style Council' material à la 'Down in the Seine' and 'Man of Great Promise' and lots of songs from all solo albums in a more than two-hour gig, which once again proved the qualities of this exceptional musician.
