Schwule Pornofilme sind das am stärksten wachsenden Segment des Entertainment-Industrie. Seit Mitte der 1990er hat sich ein breiter Markt für Filme mit süßen, natürlich wirkenden Jungs aus Osteuropa entwickelt. Aber unter welchen Bedingungen entstehen diese Filme? Geht es einfach nur um ein paar nette Jungs, die vor der Kamera ihren Spaß haben? In seinem Dokumentarfilm 'All Boys' (2009) wirft Markku Heikkinen eine vielschichtigen Blick in das Geschäft mit den jungen Männern aus Osteuropa. Von den Konsumenten aus verfolgt der Film die Kette der Beteiligten bis zu den kleinen Orten in Tschechien, Rumänien oder Estland, aus denen die Darsteller kommen. Wir treffen Josef, dessen Mutter und Freundin über seinen Job Bescheid wissen. Und Filip, der längst einen normalen Job beim Fernsehen hat und ohne Bedauern auf seine zwei Jahre im Pornogeschäft zurückblickt. Und wir treffen Aaron Hawke, den Jungen mit den blauen Augen und wilden Haaren, der für kurze Zeit ein Star war, aber mittlerweile wieder auf der Straße lebt. Regelmäßig werden neue Jungs entdeckt. Und sie alle befriedigen den ständigen Hunger nach neuen Gesichtern und ihre eigenen Träume vom besseren Leben. In einer Welt, in der es vor allem um das schnelle Geld und das Alter zwischen 18 und 20 geht und weniger um gesundheitliche Risiken und die Suche nach Liebe.

Gay movies are the fastest-growing segment of the entertainment industry. Since the mid-1990s, a broad market has developed for films with cute, natural-looking boys from Eastern Europe. But under what conditions are these films made? Is it just about a few nice guys having fun in front of the camera? In his documentary 'All Boys' (2009), Markku Heikkinen takes a multi-layered look at the business with young men from Eastern Europe. From the consumer, the film follows the chain of participants to the small towns in the Czech Republic, Romania or Estonia where the actors come from. We meet Josef, whose mother and girlfriend know about his job. And Filip, who has long had a normal job in television and looks back on his two years in the business without regret. And we meet Aaron Hawke, the boy with the blue eyes and wild hair, who was a star for a short time, but now lives on the streets again. New boys are discovered regularly. And they all satisfy the constant hunger for new faces and their own dreams of a better life. In a world where it's all about quick money and the age between 18 and 20 and less about health risks and the search for love.
