Die Organisation 'Salomon' ist in Kooperation mit den Regierungen weltweit im Untergrund tätig und schützt die Menschheit seit mehr als 1.000 Jahren vor übernatürlichen Kräften. Für die Bekämpfung dieser sogenannten 'Witches' vor Ort ist die Unterabteilung 'STN' zuständig. Die 15-jährige Robin, die selbst Witch-Kräfte besitzt, wird vom Hauptquartier in Italien zur japanischen Abteilung 'STN-J' geschickt. Sie soll eine Mitarbeiterin ersetzen, die auf mysteriöse Weise ums Leben gekommen ist.
