Von ihrem Debütalbum 'Fallen’, das im April 2003 erschien, verkaufte das US-Quintett bislang über zwölf Millionen Exemplare weltweit. Dabei wurden Amy Lee und Kollegen in den vergangenen Monaten mit Awards geradezu überhäuft - darunter zwei Grammys als ‘Best New Artist' und für die 'Best Hard Rock Performance'. Ihre Welttournee führte die Band mit fortwährender Dauer in immer größere Hallen - insgesamt sahen sie mehr als eine Million Fans auf der ganzen Welt live. Mit 'Anywhere But Home' erschien hier ein Live-Mitschnitt des Auftritts im Pariser 'The Zenith', bei dem 'Evanescence' neben den bekannten Songs ihres Debütalbums auch drei Titel spielten, die nicht auf 'Fallen' zu finden sind: 'Farther Away', 'Breathe No More' und die Korn-Coverversion 'Thoughtless'.

Finally news from 'Evanescence', who are one of the very few bands of the past decade to have created an outstanding and lasting rock'n'roll success story in a hurry. The US quintet has sold over twelve million copies of their debut album 'Fallen', which was released in April 2003, worldwide. Amy Lee and colleagues have been showered with awards in recent months - including two Grammys for 'Best New Artist' and for 'Best Hard Rock Performance'. Their world tour took the band to ever larger halls - in total, more than a million fans around the world saw them live. With 'Anywhere But Home', a live recording of the performance at the Paris 'The Zenith' was released, in which 'Evanescence' played three tracks that are not found on 'Fallen' in addition to the well-known songs from their debut album: 'Farther Away', 'Breathe No More' and the Korn cover version 'Thoughtless'.
