Die Songauswahl umfasst dabei einen Überblick über Melos Gesamtkariere und enthält Standards wie "Orient Blue" und 'Libertango'. Die Spielfreude zeigt sich immer etwas gebremst und das Feuer musikalischer Leidenschaft lodert immer leicht gezügelt, weil, ließe man beiden Momenten freien Lauf, es kein Bremsen mehr gäbe. Das ist das Schöne an Meola, daß man weiß, er hält sich immer ein wenig zurück, was zu einer sagenhaften Eleganz in der Musik führt.
